Trump Campaign GA Suit Claims 66K Underage Voters, At Least 38K Absentee Ballots Should Be Rejected
The Trump campaign alleges that tens of thousands of ballots cast in the presidential election in Georgia in November are unlawful and should not be counted.
The total far surpasses the 12,670 votes that separate President Donald Trump and Democrat Joe Biden.
Among the Trump legal team’s key findings listed in its filing in a Georgia state court are that 66,247 underage people voted.
THREAD: Trump Campaign lawsuit in GA is now available online. It consists of 1585 pages outlining significant evidence of fraud.
Here are some key points:
2,560 felons voted
66,247 underage voters
2,423 votes from people not registered
1,043 individuals registered at PO boxes— Jenny Beth Martin (@jennybethm) December 9, 2020
Further, given past absentee ballot rejection rates of 2.9 percent (in 2016) to 3.46 percent (in 2018), somewhere between 38,250 and 45,626 ballots should have been rejected instead of the 0.34 percent, or 4,471, out of the 1.3 million cast, the campaign said.
Additionally, the Trump campaign found that 2,560 felons voted, as well as 2,423 people who were not registered.
30,000 – 40,000 absentee ballots lacking proper signature matching and verification
The lawsuit also outlines violations of over 30 Georgia laws/codes and includes affidavits.
This is massive!

“To allow Georgia’s presidential election results to stand uncontested, and its presidential electors chosen based upon election results that are erroneous, unknowable, not in accordance with the Election Code and unable to be replicated with certainty, constitutes a fraud upon Petitioners and the Citizens of Georgia, an outcome that is unlawful and must not be permitted,” the Trump campaign argued in its brief.
In a letter to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger last month, Trump campaign attorney Ray S. Smith III highlighted the need for absentee signature matching audit, given the low 0.34 percent rejection rate among the 1.3 million absentee ballots.
“The potential illegal ballots included in that number is between three and four times the margin of votes awarding the victory to Joe Biden,” Smith wrote.
The rejection rate in 2016 was 2.90%, in 2018 3.46%, and 2020 .34%.
Had historical rejection rates held, there would have been 38,250-45,626 ballots rejected in 2020 rather than 4,471.

Tea Party Patriots co-founder Jenny Beth Martin, a member of Trump’s legal team in Georgia, tweeted in late November, “9 observers in GA have signed affidavits swearing they saw suspicious mail-in ballots cast for Biden that were in pristine condition and had no creases on them. This means the ballots had not been mailed in envelopes as required, according to their affidavits.”

Some of the alleged irregularities were found in Fulton and DeKalb counties in the Atlanta metropolitan area, which went heavily for Biden.
