Tea Party Patriots Foundation President Calls for GA Statewide Audit, Given Known Wrongdoing in Fulton County
Tea Party Patriots Foundation President Jenny Beth Martin believes in light of the major discrepancies already unearthed in Fulton County, Georgia’s November recount results, there should be a statewide audit.
Tea Party Patriots Foundation filed an amicus brief in the case brought by vote integrity advocate Garland Favorito with VoterGA and others to gain access to review over 147,000 absentee ballots in Fulton County.
“We have not finished the Favorito case yet or the [Caroline] Jeffords case in Fulton County,” Martin told OneAmericaNews in an interview that aired over the weekend.
“I think when those cases are finished … we’ll have even a larger number of issues,” she added. “Remember the vote difference between [President Joe] Biden and [former President Donald] Trump Georgia was 11,779 votes.”
Martin contended if the errors discovered so far can be established in court, the difference between the Biden and Trump will “really shrink.”
She went on to argue that there could be a “waterfall effect” that would impact other races including former Sen. David Perdue’s race against Sen. Jon Ossoff in November.

Perdue won more votes than his Democratic opponent, but came up just short of the 50 percent plus one vote needed to prevent a runoff.

“It could call into question whether we even needed a runoff,” Martin said.
In a news release issued last week, VoterGA said that the statewide hand recount conducted after the Nov. 3, 2020 election “was riddled with massive errors and provable fraud.”
VoterGA drew its conclusion based on the ballot images made public through an Open Records Request made in March.
The team’s review found that 923 of 1539 mail-in ballot batch files contained votes incorrectly reported in the hand recount results or a 60 percent error rate.
“One type of error discovered involved duplicate results reporting for batches. The team found at least 36 batches of mail-in ballots with 4,255 total extra votes were redundantly added to Fulton November audit results. This includes 3,390 extra votes for Joe Biden, 865 extra votes for Donald Trump and 43 extra votes for Jo Jorgenson,” the release stated.
“But it is not simply a case of errors. The VoterGA team found 7 falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals for their respective batches. For example, a batch containing 60 ballot images for Joe Biden, 50 for Donald Trump was reported as 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump.”
“The 7 batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump and 11 votes for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump and 0 votes for Jorgenson.”
Last week, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger called for Fulton County Elections Director Rick Barron and Registration Chief Ralph Jones to be removed from office immediately given election issues that have come to light.
Fulton County’s continued failures have gone on long enough with no accountability. Rick Barron and Ralph Jones, Fulton’s registration chief, must be fired and removed from Fulton’s elections leadership immediately. Fulton’s voters and the people of Georgia deserve better.
