'I’m disappointed and saddened that the board of supervisors yesterday, some of the hurtful comments that were made.'

'Transparency is important for the American people and again this should be a nonpartisan issue, whether you’re a Republican, [or] Democrat,' Stefanik said.

'I’ve been able to recover all of those deleted files. I have access to that data,' CyFir founder Ben Cotton told the AZ Senate.

'Why do these local officials believe that they alone are acting in good faith while at the same time questioning the motives' of others who disagree?

'The claim that our employees deleted election files and destroyed evidence is outrageous, completely baseless,' Sellers said.

'This suggests that the main database for all election related data for the November 2020 General Election has been removed.'

'Anything less than this will not accomplish what we know needs to be achieved by this audit, so let’s get it right,' Ward said.

'Judge ruled our Subpoena is valid. We will conduct a forensic audit of the Maricopa County Election,' state Sen. Warren Petersen said.

County officials related that the auditors found the software used was properly certified, not modified and that no malware or hardware was installed.

'This is a much broader statement about the legislature and our subpoena powers, because as of late it seems those powers are not respected.'

Kelli Ward recounted that she received a call from Donald Trump this week and the two discussed election integrity.

The county voted to defy the subpoenas sent by the state Senate earlier this week, saying state lawmakers lacked the authority issue them.
